Returns & Refund Policy

All items are made to order (on-demand production). For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Defective or Damaged Items If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@umamitextile.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Size Exchanges As all items are produced individually after ordering, size exchanges cannot be accommodated. Please refer to the size chart carefully before placing your order.

Cancellations Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
